What is this?
Additional service for accidents insurance of borrower, afforded by the Insurer to the Borrower, on the voluntary base.


What is the insured event?
Death of the insured person (Borrower) in result of an accident;
Constant disablement - occurrence of disability (Group I and II) in result of an accident. in such cases it allows not to ship the responsibility for credit repayment to your family.


How and where to insure?
You can insure while drawing up a credit for the selected goods at a bank or by drawing up a overdraft credit.


For Which Term?
By consumer insurance - for the term of credit repayment, but even if you repay the debt on the credit contract in advance, the insurance will work for you till the date, at which initially the credit was to be repaid.
By an overdraft credit - for each interest period at a time when you will have debts at the end of the previous interest period. Thus, you are insured and you pay compensation for the insurance expenses only if you have overdraft credit debts. If you don’t have debts then you should not pay anything.


How to pay?
The sum of the insurance deposit is included into the monthly payments for the goods credit or into the minimal payments for the overdraft credit. You should not pay anything additional.


What is the insurance useful for?
It gives the confidence that even if the insured event occurs, your relatives are not to pay your debts, you will have an opportunity to avoid additional expenses and to extinguish the debt at the cost of the insurance company.


The insured event occurs. What should one do?
Not later than 30 days from the moment of the insured event occurrence You should fill in the appliance for the insurance and apply all the necessary documents that confirm the insured event occurrence, regulated in the point 6 (Regulations of insurance). You can send all these documents to your insurer by registered mail. If you have any other questions you are welcome to call to the client service of the Foreign Insurance Joint-Stock Company “Generali” by phone (017) 200 45 56, where you can get necessary action guides.

Necessary Documents
When the insured event occurs Beneficiary, insured (or his heirs in the death case of the Insured), sends to the Foreign Insurance Joint-Stock Company “Generali” by registered mail (not later than 30 days starting from the date of the insured event occurrence or from the date when it became clear) the following documents:


    The appliance for the insurance in the form regulated by the Insurer (there is an opportunity to print the form from the web -site of the “Home Credit Bank” or it can do an administrator at any service centre).
    and together with the appliance one should add the following documents:

In case of coming disability of the Insured Person

In case of death of the Insured Person
Copy of the Insurance Contract,,
Copy of the person identification document of the Insured,
Copy of the briefing disability note,
Copy of the list of temporary disability with notification that disability was established,
Copy of the document from the hospital about the health condition of the Insured Person with the enumeration of the diagnoses, which were the reason for establishing disability,
Copy of the act of industrial accident (if any),
Copy of the car accident briefing (if any).
Copy of the Insurance Contract,
Copy of the identification document of the Applicant,
Copy of the document, confirmed the status of the heir,
Copy of the document from the office of civil registrations, confirming that the Insured dead,
Copy of the medical certificate of death of the Insured Person or of the post epicrisis,
Copy of the act of industrial accident (if any),
Copy of the car accident briefing (if any).

Or any other document, which can be required by the Insurer for the confirmation of the ensured event occurrence and its degree.
If the Insurer considers it to be necessary he can demand any other document copies, confirmed by the stamp and authorized person signature who made the copies or who has the original documents.
In case if the law enforcement authority have been investigating the question of initiation of criminal case upon the fact of the accident of the Insured, the Insurer has the right to require the resolution of refusal the criminal case or the resolution of the initiation of the criminal case by the enforcement authority or the resolution of the cancellation of criminal case or court sentence. 

Insurance compensation when ensured event occur:
is being effected within 10 working days from the moment of receiving by “Generali” of all the necessary documents.

The Order of Insurance Payment Effecting:
Beneficiary in amount of 100 % of the insurance sum is the Insured Person or his Heirs (in case of death of the Insured Person). The Foreign Insurance Joint-Stock Company “Generali” sends the insurance sum on the account pointed in the Insurance Contract.

Is the insurance necessary? Insurance is a voluntary procedure, but Home Credit Bank strongly recommends to insure. It can make the contract easier and gives an opportunity to exstinguish the debt at the cost of insurance company, in case when an ensured event occurs with our Borrower.

Is it possible to declare off the Insurance?
You can declare off the insurance by a credit for some goods or by an overdraft credit. You can also cancel a contract, after its conclusion.
